Important Notes:
  • Burn a Data DVD copy of your original video or put the video on a
    flash drive.  Original media will be returned.  If you have any other
    questions regarding sending the video, contact Pinnacle Horse.

  • Complete one online form per rider.  (Please fill in all parts)

  • After pressing submit, you will emailed a PayPal invoice within 1
    day.  Please include the order # on the invoice with your video.  
    (So we can identify your video)
