What is the Video Clinic service?

A Video Clinic is essentially a clinic but it is conducted by video. Basically, riders are videoed and then evaluated by their trainer in a live

What is the Video Evaluation service?

This is where our clinicians evaluate your video. Riders are mailed a Video Evaluation from a clinician of their choosing. The
evaluation will include slow motion and frame by frame video. To see examples, click here.

General Questions

What riding disciplines does Pinnacle Horse service?

For our Video Evaluation service, we only operate in the eventing discipline. We have plans to move into Hunter Jumper, Dressage, and
various Western disciplines.
For our Video Clinic service, we operate in all disciplines and the college equestrian team market.

How do I send in a video to Pinnacle Horse?

Visit the order page , and fill out the website form. You will need to mail a DVD copy of the video or the original (will be returned) to
Pinnacle Horse. You will be mailed an email invoice from PayPal. After paying, include the order number from the invoice with your
video (this way we can identify your video).

What video format does Pinnacle Horse accept?

We accept DVD's. If you cannot copy your video to a DVD, then copy it to a USB / Flash media drive. Original media will be returned.
We prefer to have Data DVD's, which preserve the original file format of the video. Video DVDs are acceptable also, but they change the
original video to a movie (.vob) format. This requires us to re-encode the DVD and will result in some quality loss.

How long will it take to receive a Video Evaluation back from Pinnacle Horse?

This will depend on each clinician. They are responsible for completing the Video Evaluation in a timely manner. Expect about 10 days
from the time we receive your video.

How do I get my Video Evaluation?

You will receive your Video Evaluation by DVD.

How do I pay Pinnacle Horse?

All our services currently require payment by check, credit or debit. A email invoice is sent for Video Evaluations. For most Video
Clinics, payment will be made to the specific Video Clinic organizer.
